Paperpal Takes Center Stage at China Digital Publishing Expo

In August, Cactus Communications (CACTUS) participated in the 15th China International Digital Publishing Expo, which spotlighted emerging trends in artificial intelligence (AI) and knowledge services. Invited by the International Publishers Copyright Coalition (IPCC), the event provided a great opportunity for the leading science and technology company to present Paperpal, its comprehensive AI assistant trusted by academics, publishers, universities, and academic societies in 125 countries.  

The Expo brought together nearly 40 international guests from 13 countries and regions, including the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Canada, Japan, South Korea, Thailand, and India. International speakers shared their reflections and questions on digital publishing, while Chinese publishers highlighted their latest practices and innovations in the field. His session on how Paperpal is transforming writing and editorial workflows and making publishing efficient resonated with the audience, even leading to an interview with China Publishing & Broadcasting News, one of the country’s most influential media publishing organizations.

Dr. Aixin Tao, VP of Strategic Partnerships at Wolters Kluwer, spoke about how Paperpal Preflight has had a significant impact on their editorial process. This story was also picked up by 185 media outlets, quickly generating more than 921K views.
